Shariah Head
Hammad was employed at the Islamic Bank of Afghanistan from May
14th, 2018, and he worked in various positions in shariah areas: Shariah
Business Development Officer, Shariah Compliance Officer, Senior Shariah Audit
Officer and now he is the working as a Head of Shari’ah department.
Hammad holds a master's degree in
Shariah and Law (Law and Islamic Jurisprudence) from Salam University in
2014–2016. LL.B. (HONS) Shariah & Law, 2005–2010, from the International
University of Islamabad, and B.A. (General) from the International Islamic
University of Islamabad, 2005–2010.
